TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
Please read these Terms and Conditions of Service carefully. All contracts that we may enter into from time to time for the provision of our services shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions, and we will ask for your express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions before providing any
services to you. The Client shall ensure that all information supplied by the Client to us in connection with the Contract and Services is true, complete, accurate and non-misleading (including information supplied on any Client Form). If any information supplied by the Client to us changes,
the Client must promptly inform the Salon of the change.
Punctuality
As a courtesy to all our clients, a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to. Failure to arrive on time for your appointment may result
in the length of your treatment being reduced or classed as cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is strictly 24 hours prior to your appointment [NOTICE PERIOD] and must be made via the phone. Late cancellation will incur the full cost of the treatment/s booked. Cancellations can also be made online (see BOOK ONLINE tab) at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please DO NOT email us to cancel an appointment.
Booking Fee
A booking fee of £20 is required to secure a booking. Services that are £50 or more, 50% of total costs payable is required. Clients wishing to redeem their gift vouchers against a treatment are kindly asked to contact the Salon for booking assistance. Booking fee can be paid at the time of booking either via phone or in-person. For online bookings, this fee will be collected at the end of the booking procedure, through PayPal account or all major credit or debit cards. It will be used as part payment towards your service and is fully refundable should you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or reallocated to a future appointment. Please note, this booking fee is non-refundable should your appointment not be cancelled in line with our notice period or for missed appointments. Regrettably, we have to put these measures in place because of the amount of no-shows and clients waiting for an appointment with us.
Gift Vouchers & eGift Cards
Gift vouchers and eGift Cards are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. They are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Late cancellation and “failure to show” terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers and eGift Cards – which will be voided at the salon should you fail to give the required notice.
Medical Conditions
Please inform the therapist of any medical condition, infections, illnesses, allergies, injuries including pregnancy prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you. If you have recently undergone an operation or had treatment for cancer within the last 5 years we may need GP approval for types of treatments.
Patch Testing
Patch testing is required at least 24 hours before treatment for clients who have never had lash/brow tinting with us. Patch test for HD Brows or LVL Lashes must be carried out 48 hours prior to the treatment. For your convenience, we can post patch test kit out to you or collect it in person.
Course of treatments
All courses are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and will automatically be voided after that time. Courses must be paid in full at the time of booking and completed within 12 months. Missed appointments will result in treatments being deducted from your course.
Price Alteration
We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.
Smoking
Please note that it is illegal to smoke anywhere in the salon.
Personal Items
Please ensure you retrieve all your personal belongings before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items.
Children
For Health And Safety reasons and also in our effort to maintain a stress-free and quiet environment for other clients, we respectfully request that you refrain from bringing children into the salon. We cannot be held responsible for injuries in the salon as a result of unsupervised children. You will be financially responsible for ANY items and/or property damaged by children attending with you. Please understand that our concern is for the safety of your child.
We may revise these Terms And Conditions from time to time in the following circumstances:
a) If we change the process for accepting payment from you;
b) If there are changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; and/or
c) If there are any other changes to our business that reasonably mean we need to amend these Terms And Conditions.
